Job Summary
A company is looking for a Bid Office Lead.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate bid lifecycle activities from opportunity to execution phases
- Maintain pipeline opportunities in CRM system and share reports with internal stakeholders
- Develop proposal strategies, manage proposal progress, and ensure timely submission of final deliverables
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of combined bid management, sales, marketing, and/or client delivery experience
- Experience in energy/cleantech industries, particularly within utilities, regulatory agencies, and federal government entities
- Mix of proposal management focused on SaaS product sales and consulting engagements
- Demonstrated success in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Ability to influence and drive results across a matrixed organization without formal authority
