Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Field inbound inquiries and meet assigned targets for admissions
- Document relevant data into the proprietary EMR software and coordinate with internal teams
- Build relationships with referring providers and ensure compliance with admissions criteria
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in mental health admissions or a sales-related role
- Degree in psychology, business administration, or a health-related field preferred
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- Strong understanding of the healthcare landscape and key analytical abilities
- Excellent organizational skills and adaptability
