Job Summary

A company is looking for an Airline Support Specialist- Bilingual French/English.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients and vendors, processing hotel and ground transportation reservations
  • Provide support and training to airline partners while ensuring client satisfaction through prompt and professional service
  • Negotiate with vendors and resolve client disagreements, adapting to changing situations and dynamics
Required Qualifications
  • Fluency in French and English is required
  • Prior experience with GDS systems, hotel reservation systems, or airline reservation systems is preferred
  • Customer service background is a plus
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
  • Must pass initial training and maintain certification through annual training classes
