Job Summary
A company is looking for a Bilingual Clinical Services Coordinator (Heart Hero) (CST).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all patient communication, including outreach, engagement, scheduling, and billing follow-up
- Coordinate virtual visits and outpatient procedures with internal and external providers
- Compile and verify data for reporting, while identifying opportunities for process improvement
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years in a clinical or operational role supporting patient care
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Experience in medical assistance
- Strong data and analytics skills
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
