Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Collections Representative - Medium/Large.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage high volumes of inbound and outbound communications with internal and external customers
• Resolve invoice problems and enhance collections performance through relationship management
• Conduct root cause analysis of errors and collaborate for effective invoicing solutions

Required Qualifications and Education

• Post-secondary diploma in a business discipline
• 3 to 5 years of collections or customer service experience in a large organization
• Bilingual in French and English (verbal and written)
• Knowledge of collection guidelines and insolvency processes
• Proficient in MS Office and familiar with SAP or other ERP systems
