Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative I who is bilingual in Spanish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle high volume inbound customer and candidate calls, emails, and ticket inquiries
  • Assist clients with training and navigation of the proprietary data management system
  • Resolve client issues and escalate urgent matters as necessary to ensure high-quality service

Required Qualifications and Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Fluency in Spanish (reading, writing, and speaking) is required
  • 1 year of call center or retail customer service experience preferred
  • Experience with data entry and documentation accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously
