Job Summary

A company is looking for a Temporary Bilingual Customer Service Representative with Government Public Trust Clearance, fluent in Spanish and English, to work remotely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Consult with customers on available services to support their needs
  • Provide solutions through various communication channels including voice, email, or chat
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues with patience and understanding
Required Qualifications
  • 6 months or more of customer service experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Computer experience
  • Must be a US citizen due to government assignment requirements
