Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Multi-Channel Contact Center Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to inbound contacts via phone, email, chat, and postal mail with professionalism and empathy
  • Document consumer reports into a secure web-based application and provide guidance on fraud prevention
  • Participate in ongoing training to enhance customer service skills and meet performance metrics
Required Qualifications
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Ability to navigate multiple web-based applications simultaneously
  • Proficiency with standard office software and computers
  • Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance
