Job Summary
A company is looking for a Bilingual Multi-Channel Contact Center Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound contacts via phone, email, chat, and postal mail with professionalism and empathy
- Document consumer reports into a secure web-based application and provide guidance on fraud prevention
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance customer service skills and meet performance metrics
Required Qualifications
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to navigate multiple web-based applications simultaneously
- Proficiency with standard office software and computers
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance
