Job Summary

A company is looking for a L1 Support Engineer (Bi-Lingual, English/Portuguese).

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical assistance to end-users of Canvas through various communication channels
  • Validate issues, answer how-to questions, and resolve end-user issues via the Canvas user interface
  • Maintain thorough records in the ticketing system and escalate unresolved tickets to the L2 Support team
Required Qualifications
  • Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English and Portuguese
  • High school diploma
  • Strong technical, troubleshooting, and analytical skills
  • Ability to function in a self-directed and fast-paced environment
  • Proven professionalism in client interactions
