Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Member Outreach Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

Engaging with members through inbound and outbound calls to understand their needs
Conducting outreach to educate members on clinical programs and schedule medical appointments
Documenting member information accurately and meeting productivity goals

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
Previous call center experience is a plus
Health insurance or healthcare experience preferred
Availability to work variable shifts across multiple time zones
Extra interest in bilingual Spanish speakers or experience engaging across various cultures
