A company is looking for a Bilingual Mortgage Loan Processor IV (Spanish/English) to support lending areas by reviewing mortgage and consumer loans from conditional approval to closing.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and validate all required loan documents for accuracy and compliance
• Process complex loans and manage borrower communication throughout the loan lifecycle
• Interact with third-party vendors and ensure timely ordering of necessary services for loan transactions

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 5+ years of loan documentation experience
• Demonstrated knowledge of bank loan products and lending software
• Bilingual in Spanish and English, fluent in speaking, reading, and writing
• Solid understanding of state regulations related to lending
