Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Patient Engagement Specialist who must speak Spanish and live in the Eastern Time Zone.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and follow up on inbound requests from outreach campaigns
• Utilize an auto-dialer to make 120 to 150 outbound calls daily and book appointments
• Educate patients on the importance of services and collaborate with healthcare professionals for a seamless experience

Required Qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish (ability to speak, read, and write)
• Residence in the Eastern Time Zone
• At least 2 years of high-volume outbound call center experience, including 1 year in healthcare
• Experience using electronic health record (EHR) systems and other healthcare software
• Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and delivering high-quality, patient-centered service
