Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Healthcare Customer Service Representative who will support inbound calls from US-based members/providers regarding health-related inquiries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound calls in both English and Spanish, addressing healthcare benefit questions and concerns
  • Actively listen to customers to build rapport and provide essential information regarding access to care and benefits
  • Utilize knowledge systems to research customer inquiries while ensuring compliance with documented processes

Required Qualifications
  • Must be 18 years or older and possess a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish is required
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a health plan call center environment
  • Experience with Medicare and/or Medicaid is a plus
  • Must have high computer proficiency and the ability to navigate multiple applications efficiently
