Billing Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Billing Analyst to manage the billing process and ensure accuracy in invoicing.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and distribute prebills, prepare invoices, and manage billing timelines
• Ensure accuracy of bills in accordance with client requirements and handle electronic billing tasks
• Provide high-level customer service for all billing-related inquiries and assist with special projects

Required Qualifications and Education

• Associates Degree or equivalent experience preferred
• 1-4 years of previous billing or comparable experience required
• Excellent math aptitude and understanding of general accounting principles
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and 10-key calculator
• Ability to prioritize responsibilities and manage multiple tasks effectively
