Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze operational data metrics to enhance billing workflows and revenue cycle operations
• Support management projects and prepare reports and presentations for the Billing Strategy team
• Conduct data analysis to identify inefficiencies and develop actionable roadmaps for process improvements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in business, economics, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience in revenue cycle management or healthcare billing
• Strong understanding of payment posting workflows and claims processing
• Experience in managing projects and tracking deliverables
• Proficiency in quantitative software programs such as Microsoft Excel and PowerBI
