Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bookkeeper to support their accounting team with bookkeeping operations and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process data entry in QuickBooks Online and manage daily sales entries using POS systems
  • Provide administrative support including managing calendars, client communications, and documentation
  • Track tasks and coordinate team projects using project management tools
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of bookkeeping experience
  • 1+ years of experience with QuickBooks Online
  • 1+ years of experience with POS systems
  • 1+ years of project management experience
  • 2+ years of calendar/administrative management experience
