Job Summary
A company is looking for a Bookkeeper to support their accounting team with bookkeeping operations and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Process data entry in QuickBooks Online and manage daily sales entries using POS systems
- Provide administrative support including managing calendars, client communications, and documentation
- Track tasks and coordinate team projects using project management tools
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of bookkeeping experience
- 1+ years of experience with QuickBooks Online
- 1+ years of experience with POS systems
- 1+ years of project management experience
- 2+ years of calendar/administrative management experience
