Job Summary

A company is looking for a Branch Operations Support Officer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide phone and email support to banking centers while adhering to established Service Level Agreements (SLA's)
  • Assist banking center staff with branch activities and customer service, serving as the expert on operating procedures
  • Monitor service trends and provide coaching and mentoring for process improvement
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or Finance preferred
  • Minimum of five years of banking experience, including branch experience
  • Demonstrated leadership ability and skills
  • Understanding of branch operating policies and procedures
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office
