Job Summary
A company is looking for a Branch Operations Support Officer.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide phone and email support to banking centers while adhering to established Service Level Agreements (SLA's)
- Assist banking center staff with branch activities and customer service, serving as the expert on operating procedures
- Monitor service trends and provide coaching and mentoring for process improvement
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or Finance preferred
- Minimum of five years of banking experience, including branch experience
- Demonstrated leadership ability and skills
- Understanding of branch operating policies and procedures
- Proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office
