Job Summary

A company is looking for an OSS Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of BSS and OSS platforms for telecom operations
• Ensure seamless integration of BSS systems with OSS platforms and monitor system performance for optimization
• Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for customers, coordinating with vendors and generating performance reports

Required Qualifications

• Strong expertise in BSS/OSS architecture, design, and implementation
• Hands-on experience with billing, CRM, order management, revenue assurance, and service provisioning systems
• Proficiency in system integration, troubleshooting, and performance optimization
• Familiarity with telecom operations and regulatory compliance
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and lead OSS-related projects
