A company is looking for a Business Administration Specialist to support finance, office operations, and HR teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and manage client invoices and oversee automated workflows
  • Maintain financial records, process payments, and handle accounts payable functions
  • Manage office administration tasks, including vendor coordination and team travel arrangements
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in Business Administration and/or Accounting
  • Proven experience with Google Suite
  • Experience with QuickBooks is a plus
  • Previous accounting experience is a bonus
