Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage client invoices and oversee automated workflows
- Maintain financial records, process payments, and handle accounts payable functions
- Manage office administration tasks, including vendor coordination and team travel arrangements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in Business Administration and/or Accounting
- Proven experience with Google Suite
- Experience with QuickBooks is a plus
- Previous accounting experience is a bonus
