Job Summary
A company is looking for a Business Analyst, Digital IT - P&C Insurance (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in meetings to define system requirements and identify existing issues
- Collaborate with teams to plan, design, and deploy new applications and enhancements
- Coordinate testing of application systems and provide training materials and support to end users
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 3-5+ years of relevant experience in Business Analysis
- Experience in software solutions design, development, and implementation for underwriting or claims systems
- Understanding of P&C Insurance, preferably in Commercial Lines or Specialty Insurance
- Experience working in a collaborative, Agile project environment
- Self-motivated with the ability to adhere to established priorities in a high-pressure environment
