Key Responsibilities

• Identifies and manages changes to existing Technical Operations processes including scope definition and user acceptance testing
• Establishes scalable and efficient processes, ensuring smooth transitions to operational maintenance
• Develops project plans to ensure quality and timeliness of project deliverables while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 3+ years of analyst experience in writing requirements, developing solutions, and implementing process improvements
• Experience with compliance program objectives
• Proficiency in data analysis using SQL or business intelligence software
• Ability to interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees
