Business Analyst - Hawaii Licensed

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst to support public health data projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and finalization of system requirements for the new Electronic Disease Surveillance System (EDSS)
• Research and evaluate similar systems implementations to inform the design of the HI EDSS
• Collaborate with stakeholders to create and redesign workflows and forms to enhance operations within the EDSS

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Public Health, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• 5 years of experience in business or systems analysis, preferably in healthcare or public health systems
• Experience in gathering and documenting system requirements for public health systems
• Familiarity with electronic disease surveillance systems (EDSS) or similar public health data systems
• Proficiency in business process modeling and requirements-traceability matrices (RTMs)
