Business Analyst II

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst II to perform various analyses and interpretations to link business needs and objectives for assigned functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Support business initiatives through data analysis and user acceptance testing of new systems
• Identify and analyze user requirements and processes to improve existing workflows
• Lead problem-solving efforts and coordinate between various business units

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of business process analysis experience, preferably in healthcare
• Knowledge of managed care information systems and claims payment/analysis
• Experience with provider reimbursement methodologies is preferred
• Previous structured testing experience is preferred
