Job Summary

A company is looking for a WFM PRO Analyst/Trainer.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze current scheduling and timekeeping processes and develop training plans to support departments during the UKG Pro WFM (Dimensions) implementation
• Create training materials, documentation, and process flows while collaborating with project teams and subject matter experts
• Facilitate working sessions to gather information, identify gaps, and manage stakeholder expectations throughout the project

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• At least 5 years of experience in system-based content development and organizational design
• Proficiency in developing training curriculum and materials using multimedia tools such as Adobe Captivate and Camtasia
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Office 365
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong relationship-building skills with management and employees at all levels
