Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Continuity + Disaster Recovery Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery plan
• Conduct Business Impact Analyses to identify critical business functions and assess potential impacts of disruptions
• Design and conduct regular testing and exercises to validate the effectiveness of BC/DR plans

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience, or certifications
• Expertise in leading business continuity and disaster recovery events/incidents
• Expertise in process development and improvement, internal consulting, and compliance requirements
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
