Business Intelligence Manager
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager, Business Intelligence to oversee data infrastructure and analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement data models and architecture to support business growth
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and conduct ad-hoc analysis for stakeholders
- Build and maintain churn and retention models, and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in BI, data engineering, or analytics
- Experience with PLG (Product-Led Growth) and Enterprise SaaS
- Expertise in SQL and Python/R
- Experience with Snowflake, dbt, and Power BI (or equivalent BI tools)
- Experience with churn modeling, customer segmentation, and marketing attribution
