Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Optimization, I Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business systems and processes, document requirements, and recommend improvements
• Support implementation of solutions, conduct testing, and assist in training end-users
• Create reporting solutions to visualize performance and conduct data analysis for growth opportunities

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
• Minimum of five (5) years of mortgage servicing and/or lending experience
• One to three (1-3) years of experience in a Business Analyst role or related field
• Basic proficiency in data analysis tools and business intelligence software
• Knowledge of business processes and systems development lifecycle (SDLC)
