Job Summary
A company is looking for a Private Bank Business Risk & Internal Controls Lead.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the implementation of the 1st Line of Defense risk management framework and execute the Non-Financial Risk Management framework
- Engage with Bank leaders on risk incidents, conduct assessments of new products, and provide risk advisory to Business Process Owners
- Coordinate with various stakeholders for audits and compliance tests, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and effective risk governance
Required Qualifications
- Undergraduate Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Data & Analytic, or similar field
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in risk and internal control or similar roles
- Experience in Private Banking and associated deposit and lending products
- Large Bank experience with a background in change management and program development
- Experience in acquisition and integration environments
