Business Systems Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Business Systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the strategy and management of the business systems tech stack focusing on user experience and efficiency
• Manage and mentor a team of Business Systems analysts in the CX and HRIS space
• Lead full-scale implementations of new technologies, including requirements design, testing, and user training

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Business Systems or System Architecture roles
• 3-5 years of team leadership experience managing business or systems analysts
• Deep technical expertise with common enterprise systems, preferably as a Zendesk Administrator
• Proven ability to stay ahead of technology trends and a strong inclination for continuous learning
• Experience managing HRIS systems and integrations is a plus
