Business Technical Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Technical Analyst to assist in technical and specialized work related to business applications and systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, enhance, implement, and support integrated solutions and reporting for business applications
• Provide hands-on support to troubleshoot and resolve business-impacting issues in collaboration with partners and vendors
• Perform continuous in-depth analysis on results to provide data-driven solutions for performance improvement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of business or system analyst experience
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Cognos, and/or SQL
• Ability to work with and analyze large sets of data
• Ability to provide 24x7 global on-call production support as needed
