Key Responsibilities
- Create and complete travel arrangements (air, hotel, car, rail)
- Act as a trusted advisor by offering informed recommendations for the best traveler experience
- Handle a wide range of bookings, including complex itineraries and issue resolution
Required Qualifications
- More than 5 years' experience as a Travel Consultant
- Advanced knowledge of Sabre GDS
- Knowledge of Power Turbo is a plus
- A genuine passion for high-quality customer service
- Willingness to learn and grow
