Job Summary

A company is looking for a Total Rewards - Client Representative, Major Market.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage enrollment processing and resolve eligibility and enrollment issues
• Review and manage plan documents and benefit attributes for accuracy
• Prepare client communications and coordinate health fairs and meetings

Required Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a Human Resources role
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new technology systems
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
• Basic project management skills and ability to build relationships
• CA Department of Insurance Life License (required or to be completed within 3-6 months)
