Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mortgage Intake Team Associate.

Key Responsibilities

• Review mortgage applications and supporting documentation for completeness and accuracy
• Identify and resolve discrepancies by following up with loan officers or internal teams
• Maintain organized records and ensure timely processing of applications according to service level agreements

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• 1-2 years of experience in mortgage operations, loan processing, or a similar administrative role
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Familiarity with mortgage documentation and underwriting processes is a plus
• Knowledge of regulatory guidelines (e.g., RESPA, TRID) is desirable
