Job Summary
A company is looking for an Intake Quality & Training Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and evaluate calls to assess script adherence, product knowledge, and service quality
- Provide constructive feedback to enhance agent performance and increase conversion rates
- Analyze quality reports and call trends to identify opportunities for improvement and develop training materials
Required Qualifications:
- Experience in call monitoring and evaluation in a sales-driven environment
- Proven ability to deliver structured coaching and facilitate training sessions
- Strong analytical skills to interpret quality reports and performance data
- Familiarity with speech analytics and automated call monitoring tools
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners
