Job Summary

A company is looking for an Intake Quality & Training Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and evaluate calls to assess script adherence, product knowledge, and service quality

Required Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with speech analytics and automated call monitoring tools
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners
