Job Summary
A company is looking for a Partner - Corporate Transactional/Commercial Real Estate Attorney.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage corporate and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, financing transactions, and joint ventures
- Draft, review, and negotiate real estate contracts and transaction documents
- Interface with high-net-worth clients and handle due diligence investigations related to commercial transactions
Required Qualifications
- J.D. from a top ABA accredited law school
- Admitted to the CA Bar
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in commercial, corporate, and real estate transactions
- Extensive experience with drafting and negotiating transaction documents
- Strong academic credentials and experience in a law firm setting
