Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Engineer to lead civil engineering projects and provide technical guidance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and execution of civil engineering projects while ensuring compliance with client and regulatory standards
- Design structural systems and prepare construction documents, plans, and specifications
- Provide mentorship to team members and support business development efforts through project proposals and client presentations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in California is required
- Minimum of 5-8+ years of experience in civil engineering
- Local experience in Palm Desert, CA, including work with local agencies and/or Caltrans is preferred
