Job Summary

A company is looking for a ServiceNow Subject Matter Expert (SME) with Security and Incident Management Experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical expertise in ServiceNow, focusing on Security Operations and Incident Management
  • Design and implement solutions related to ServiceNow Security Operations and Incident Management
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide guidance on best practices for ServiceNow Security Operations and Incident Management
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow, specifically in Security Operations and Incident Management
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow Security Operations and Incident Management best practices and design principles
  • Experience with ServiceNow integrations and workflows
  • 2+ years of experience in Information Security and/or Information Technology
  • Basic knowledge of Cybersecurity standard frameworks, controls, technology, and solutions
