Job Summary
A company is looking for a Psychiatrist (BC/BE) for telepsychiatry, focusing on on-call and initial psychiatric assessments for an Intake Stabilization Unit.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide remote on-call psychiatric assessments for patients in an Intake Stabilization Unit
- Work 12-hour shifts from 5pm to 5am Pacific time, seven days a week
- Utilize technology for patient management and telehealth services
Required Qualifications
- Active Medical licensure (MD/DO) in California
- Experience with 5150 psychiatric hold patients
- ABPN certification preferred; ABPN eligibility required
- Active DEA licensure in California preferred
- Proficiency in using technology for patient management
