Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager of HCS Operations Support.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage operational teams for care review, case management, and health management activities
- Oversee team performance, provide coaching, and ensure staff training and development
- Facilitate interdepartmental collaboration to enhance continuity of care and service quality
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- Minimum of 5 years of operations or administrative experience in healthcare, including 1+ years in a supervisory role
- Preferred education includes an Associate's or Bachelor's Degree
- Preferred experience includes 3+ years of supervisory experience in healthcare or health plan settings
- Managed Care operations experience is preferred
