Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of HCS Operations Support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage operational teams for care review, case management, and health management activities
  • Oversee team performance, provide coaching, and ensure staff training and development
  • Facilitate interdepartmental collaboration to enhance continuity of care and service quality
Required Qualifications
  • Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of operations or administrative experience in healthcare, including 1+ years in a supervisory role
  • Preferred education includes an Associate's or Bachelor's Degree
  • Preferred experience includes 3+ years of supervisory experience in healthcare or health plan settings
  • Managed Care operations experience is preferred
