Job Summary

A company is looking for a Call Center Billing Representative I.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers with vehicle breakdowns and schedule preventive maintenance services
  • Manage workflow by coordinating with technicians, vendors, and customer dispatch teams
  • Handle incoming calls and process customer service requests related to billing and compliance
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED required
  • Three or more years of experience in customer service with issue resolution
  • Accounting, billing, or credit experience preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Must complete three weeks of training in Alpharetta, GA
