Job Summary
A company is looking for a Call Center Billing Representative I.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with vehicle breakdowns and schedule preventive maintenance services
- Manage workflow by coordinating with technicians, vendors, and customer dispatch teams
- Handle incoming calls and process customer service requests related to billing and compliance
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required
- Three or more years of experience in customer service with issue resolution
- Accounting, billing, or credit experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Must complete three weeks of training in Alpharetta, GA
