Job Summary
A company is looking for a Call Center Intake Specialist for a remote full-time position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to establish and maintain relationships with clients and callers
- Accurately input caller information and follow specific prompts to obtain detailed information
- Complete caller intakes accurately, escalate priority issues, and adjust communication style as needed
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in a high call volume environment, preferably in the legal industry
- Ability to work weekends and holidays
- Ability to type 30 wpm with 94% accuracy, and proficiency in computer skills
- Internet connection with at least 10 Mb upload and 50 Mb download speed
- Preferred skills include Spanish bilingualism, Microsoft Suite proficiency, and Salesforce CRM experience
