- Maintain call control while providing exceptional and efficient service
- Follow account specific instructions including scripted verbiage and appointment scheduling
- Notate accurate information and escalate challenges appropriately
Required Qualifications
- Available to work weekends and holiday shifts
- Ability to type 30 wpm with 94% accuracy
- 2+ years of experience in a high-volume call center
- Must complete a criminal background check and drug screen
