Job Summary

A company is looking for a Call Center Sales Supervisor to manage and support a team of sales agents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and coach a team of 15-25 customer service agents handling inbound calls
  • Manage performance metrics and continuously improve call center productivity
  • Drive team motivation and development to maximize sales opportunities
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of call center experience or 1 year of management experience
  • Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Strong supervisory experience including staff development
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Proven ability to drive sales through team performance
