Job Summary
A company is looking for a Call Center Sales Supervisor to manage and support a team of sales agents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coach a team of 15-25 customer service agents handling inbound calls
- Manage performance metrics and continuously improve call center productivity
- Drive team motivation and development to maximize sales opportunities
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of call center experience or 1 year of management experience
- Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong supervisory experience including staff development
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Proven ability to drive sales through team performance
