Job Summary
A company is looking for a Call Center Scheduler to join their Patient Access Center team in Indianapolis.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the Virtual Front Office for outpatient physician practices
- Manage scheduling and patient access tasks efficiently
- Maintain consistent attendance and timeliness in a full-time role
Required Qualifications
- Medical office experience is strongly preferred
- Dependability and consistency in attendance
- Ability to multi-task using multiple screens and programs
- Ability to work independently
- Entry-level position; call center experience is preferred but not required
