Key Responsibilities:
  • Listen and analyze a large number of phone conversations objectively
  • Provide constructive feedback to Outreach Specialists based on call assessments
  • Assist in the development and delivery of training programs for Outreach Specialists
Required Qualifications:
  • Ability to listen and analyze a large number of phone conversations objectively
  • Confidently deliver reasoning for call analysis to team lead and managers during calibration sessions
  • Provide detailed written analysis for QA evaluations that will be shared for coaching purposes
