Canadian Payroll Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Canadian Payroll Specialist to manage payroll processes for Canadian employees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute end-to-end payroll processing for Canadian employees using Rippling and ADP WorkForce Now
• Ensure accurate and timely payroll disbursements, tax withholdings, and deductions while maintaining compliance with relevant laws
• Oversee payroll audits and lead payroll system optimization to improve efficiency and reporting accuracy

Required Qualifications:

• Post-secondary education in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field
• PCP or CPM certification
• 5+ years of experience with full cycle, end-to-end payroll processing
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now or Rippling payroll applications is an asset
• Demonstrated understanding of payroll principles, practices, and legislation
