Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Conduct 1:1 coaching meetings with assigned learners to provide career guidance
Attend weekly CSC pod meetings to discuss learner progress and share updates
Track learner interactions and job search progress, providing monthly updates

Required Qualifications

Minimum 4-year college degree or equivalent experience
2+ years of professional experience in career development or coaching
Experience delivering career coaching in a remote format
Ability to develop trusting relationships with adult learners
High level of technical proficiency, comfortable with tools like Google Workspace and Slack
