Job Summary

A company is looking for a Case Entry Coordinator (Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Screen incoming review requests for completeness and prepare case review packets for assignment
  • Serve as a liaison with clients, reviewers, and practitioners/providers to resolve inquiries and gather necessary information
  • Maintain an online case summary/tracking system and support compliance and quality management initiatives
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum one year's experience in similar operations, preferably in healthcare or managed care
  • High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in business or healthcare preferred
  • Strong working knowledge of basic anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
