Cash Remittance PAR Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Cash Remittance Patient Accounts Receivable Representative (PAR).

Key Responsibilities

• Print daily lockbox images and bank statements, and review insurance explanations of benefits
• Post payments, adjustments, and transfers accurately to the billing and collection system
• Investigate unidentified cash and resolve misdirected payments while maintaining confidentiality

Required Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in healthcare customer service or insurance collections
• Strong knowledge of computer billing systems
• Able to work well individually and in a team environment
• Experience with customer support and issue resolution management
• Proficiency with MS Office
