Certified Medical Assistant Enrollment Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Certified Medical Assistant- Enrollment Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate contact with potential CCM and RPM patients and conduct initial assessments for eligibility
• Educate patients and families about the benefits of CCM/RPM programs and assist with the enrollment process
• Maintain records of patient interactions and ensure compliance with regulations and standards

Required Qualifications

• National Certification in Medical Assisting
• Basic knowledge of chronic health conditions and their management
• Comfortable using technology for documentation and communication
• Sales or customer service experience is a plus but not required
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
